Keep track of your sugar levels throughout the day.

Here is a reminder of when to check and what the results should be:

On waking your level should be:- Less than 90 mg/dl

2 hrs after breakfast your level should be:- Less than 120 mg/dl

2 hrs after lunch your level should be:- Less than 120 mg/dl

2 hrs After dinner your level should be:- Less than 120 mg/dl

 

Eating regularly and healthy will help keep your sugar levels in the right range.

Snacks between meals should be healthy as this will keep your blood sugar levels on track.

Remember to drink water throughout the day.
